Helping the community of Douglas County by offering affordable housing to people that are eligible for the programs that are available.
O’Connell Children’s Shelter
O’Connell Children’s Shelter is proud to support Kansas youth in foster care by providing a variety of services, along with prevention programs and resources for families looking to foster or adopt.
Parents as Teachers
This program offers personalized visits, screenings, group connections, and resource connections. Serving families with children ages 0-5.
Positive Bright Start
Positive Bright Start offers mental health services for children under six and their families as well as scholarship and financial aid.
The Willow
The Willow Domestic Violence Center builds safer communities through shelter, services, and support to survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.
Tiny-K Early Intervention
